Another workplace comic
Terence sent an e-mail asking if we could get a better balance of strips -- fewer family strips.
Here's one that's listed a workplace comic, Working It Out.
Do we need less family? Another serial? More one-panel gags?

I checked a few weeks and "Working" is poorly written. Obvious puns like "ballpark figure" "rubbing elbows" "higher ups" are a sign of nothing to say. If you're going to do puns you have to put a spin on them beyond the obvious. Having someone actually "rub elbows" with people at a cocktail party, draw a ballpark when someone asks for a "ballpark figure" and having a short person "respect his higher ups" are all things that any one of us could have written. And they can be about any subject and premise. There's no commentary about the workplace ... it's just the hook/setting to execute the pun.
Unfortunately, that description could be applied to many of the strips I see.
My fav was a recent pitch that dared editors to not laugh.
I shared the strip around the building. No one laughed.
Now that's funny.
Keep 'em coming Dena, keep 'em coming.
If we get enaugh new ones and manage to keep the old ones we'll get that added page of comics yet!
