in good humor
This is a place to rant and rave about comics, in particular those that appear - or perhaps SHOULD appear (or never again appear!), in The Gazette, the daily newspaper in Colorado Springs, CO. Host is Dena Rosenberry, a section editor at The Gazette, who oversees the comics pages among other tasks.

Replace Diesel Sweeties as soon as possible, it is not good at all.
You said you removed Brevity because you got only one laugh a week. You replaced it with Diesel Sweeties. I haven't laughed once. I would rather laugh once a week than never.
More readers report laughing - or connecting in some way - at/with Diesel than at Brevity.
I have never laughed at Diesel Sweeties. Apoplexy is a more apt definition of my reaction. Brevity is definitely good for the occassional chuckle. Cases in point: Jan. 30 amd Feb. 2. That's two laughs more in a span of four days than an entirety of Diesel.
We'll have to agree to disagree on that one.
Not the worst comic ever, but very very close
